Canceling Orders
If there is a discrepancy with a "Pending" order, you may cancel it at anytime by opening the order and clicking the "Cancel" button.
Orders cannot be cancelled if their status is "Being Processed" or "Shipped".
You can click the "Create Support Ticket For This Order" button at the bottom of your order or click the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of this page to speak directly with a customer care representative.
Sales and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the work,
embroidered garments cannot be returned.
Please check your garment sizes and embroidery needs for accuracy.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by GigaChef.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
